Job Summary: A professional to ensure complete and consistent migration of maintenance data to SAP S/4HANA PM, guaranteeing traceability and operational integration. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in industrial maintenance (automotive/metal-mechanical) Senior Automotive Technical Maintenance Analyst (PM) The professional must ensure complete, consistent, and auditable migration of maintenance objects and data to SAP S/4HANA PM, ensuring that equipment, plans, orders, and history are ready for go-live without loss of traceability, with operational integration to manufacturing and spare parts inventory. **Main Responsibilities:** Technical structure: Functional Locations (IFLO) and Equipment (EQUI) – hierarchies by area (injection/molding, machining, assembly), cells, lines, and auxiliary assets (furnaces, CNCs, torque tools, workbenches). o Classification, technical characteristics, serial numbers, and batches (where applicable). * Planned maintenance: Technical BOMs (maintenance BOMs) linking MM spare parts. o Task Lists (manual and general), Maintenance Plans (time/counter-based cycles, strategy). o Measurement points and readings; Instruments/Calibration (integration with QM where applicable). * Maintenance execution: Notifications (breakdowns, improvements, inspections) and Maintenance Orders (types, work centers, routings, components, services). o Essential history (failures, causes, activities, durations, costs). * Governance and integration: Integration with MM (reservations, requisitions, spare parts consumption), PP (downtime, OEE impact), QM (inspections), FI/CO (cost centers, internal orders, settlement), SD/WM/EWM if external service fulfillment/internal logistics flows exist. o Code catalogs (code sets, code groups) for failures/causes/activities. **Responsibilities:** * Lead migration of Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Task Lists, Plans, Measuring Points, and essential Notification/Order data to SAP S/4HANA. • Plan and execute mock loads and final load via Migration Cockpit/IDoc/BAPI. • Standardize asset hierarchy, classes/characteristics, failure/cause/activity catalogs. * Integrate data with MM (spare parts), PP (production), QM (inspections), and FI/CO (cost centers/settlement). * Deliver technical documentation, quality reports, cutover plan, and training for key users. **Candidate Requirements:** 3–5 years of SAP data migration experience focused on PM/S/4 Asset Management. * Proficiency in Migration Cockpit, LSMW, IDoc/BAPI; ETL (Excel/Power Query/SQL).
