Contract: Intermittent / CLT \- Registered in employment record; works upon call-up and is paid per day worked, according to client demand. (There is no fixed number of working days; you will be paid only for the days you actually work.) Payments for days worked are made on the 5th and 20th of each month via bank deposit into an ITAÚ account. (If you do not yet have an account, we provide a letter for opening a salary account.) How it works: After completing the entire onboarding process, signing the contract, collecting your PPEs, and completing orientation, you will be added to a WhatsApp group where the Operations Team informs you about client demand and issues your call-up for the operation. Daily rate Monday through Saturday: BRL 130.00 (No deductions; includes transportation allowance in the daily rate).
