Data analysis for preventive actions and report preparation Today, Segala's is among the leading distributors of refrigerated food products in Brazil, with over 34 years of market experience, serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide nursing care, first aid and emergency support. * Perform clinical procedures according to established protocols. * Monitor return-to-work processes. * Plan and monitor health and wellness promotion programs. * Conduct campaigns, educational activities and training sessions. * Analyze data on medical certificates, absenteeism and occupational diseases, proposing preventive measures. * Prepare reports with insights and recommendations. * Consolidate and monitor health indicators. * Develop dashboards for absenteeism, workplace accidents and risks. * Contribute to the implementation and updating of PCMSO (Occupational Health Program). * Ensure proper records and documentation for eSocial compliance. * Support internal and external audits. * Collaborate with Occupational Physicians, HR, SESMT (Specialized Services in Occupational Safety and Medicine) and leadership teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Specialization in Occupational Nursing Technician (Mandatory) * Prior experience in this role * Availability to work flexible hours. **Additional Information** **On-site work, Monday through Friday. ** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or food voucher of R$ 57.00 per workday; * Social Card “Vida” (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
