Job Summary: Lead new equipment and automation projects, ensuring implementation and validation, while optimizing production processes and supporting the introduction of new products. Technical support for new product introduction (NPI) projects * Lead new equipment, automation, and production process projects, managing all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Ensure proper installation, implementation, validation, and operational release of new equipment. * Design, validate, and optimize cosmetic production processes (liquid and solid). * Develop and interpret technical drawings of equipment and 2D/3D layouts, proposing improvements in ergonomics, workflow, and efficiency. * Support the implementation of new products and materials, conducting trial runs and issuing conclusive reports. * Perform equipment, raw material, and new process testing and validation, issuing technical reports. * Provide technical input for new product introduction (NPI) projects. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, or related fields). **Knowledge/Skills:** * 2D/3D technical drawing (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks or equivalent). * Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation is considered a plus.
