




Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Communication Analyst to plan, create, and execute strategies that engage, inform, and inspire employees, thereby strengthening company culture. We are looking for an Internal Communication Analyst to strengthen the connection between our employees and Algar’s culture. This person will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing internal communication strategies that engage, inform, and inspire our teams—all aligned with the company’s strategic plan, organizational guidelines, and industry best practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with the company’s strategy. * Create content for internal digital channels (intranet, emails, newsletters, corporate social networks, and bots) and occasionally propose physical activations that reinforce organizational culture. * Plan and support the organization and execution of internal events, ensuring memorable experiences for our employees. * Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments across the company to ensure message alignment and integration. * Support and assist departments in launching projects and programs relevant to organizational culture and the company’s business—from briefing collection through final delivery. * Support the dissemination and monitor implementation of the company’s regulatory documents. * Monitor action results and propose continuous improvements. * Understand and adhere to the Information Security Policy, Algar Group Code of Conduct, and other corporate guidelines. * Safeguard confidentiality and privacy of individual users, access passwords, or internal identification codes. * Produce content, campaigns, and events based on communication best practices and in accordance with the company’s Brand Book. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Internal Communication Planning: ability to structure strategic and tactical plans, defining objectives, target audiences, channels, timelines, and metrics. * Digital Channel Management: basic knowledge of internal communication tools (intranet, newsletters, email marketing, corporate social networks such as Yammer or Viva Engage). * Basic understanding of digital metrics (open rates, engagement, reach). * Content Production: clear, creative writing tailored to internal audiences; excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to adapt language for different formats (social media posts, announcements, scripts, presentations). * Internal Event Organization: planning and execution of corporate events (in-person and hybrid), including logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and alignment with internal departments. **Education** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Wellhub * “Tranquil Mind” Program * Profit-sharing program (PLR) ### **Being Together Always Is What Drives Us!!!** We are Algar, a people-first company serving people, part of the Algar Group, committed to best ESG practices.
