Responsible for cancellation and reactivation of consortium shares Job Description The professional will be responsible for canceling and reactivating consortium shares, handling internal requests and consortium member inquiries via various channels—email, WhatsApp, and phone—as needed. Share transfers upon request from Bamaq partners. Provide ad-hoc support to the collections team when requested. Responsibilities and Duties * Cancellation and reactivation of consortium shares; * Share transfers as requested by Bamaq partners; * Customer service to consortium members via email, WhatsApp, and phone (when necessary); * Handling internal requests; * Ad-hoc support to the collections team, as required.
