We seek a candidate with a **hunter profile**, strong analytical capability, and the ability to build solid partnerships with large enterprises. **HYBRID WORK MODEL IN ALPHAVILLE/SP** **Main responsibilities:** * Managing relationships with strategic accounts operating nationally and internationally; * Actively and consultatively prospecting new business opportunities in Brazil and abroad; * Leading highly complex negotiations with decision-makers at various levels; * Developing account plans focused on expansion, retention, and value generation; * Serving as the interface between clients and internal departments (Product, Operations, Strategy, etc.); * Monitoring performance indicators, growth opportunities, and customer satisfaction. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in complex B2B sales with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts; * Experience in SaaS sales; * Hunter profile and a builder mindset with strategic business vision; * Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers at all levels; * Willingness to travel. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience in logistics operations companies or in logistics technology (e.g., route management software, fleet management software, TMS, WMS); * Advanced/Fluent English for negotiations, presentations, and global account management.
