At LM 2 Rodas, we work enthusiastically, inspiring passion for being and belonging—here, everyone is essential and can make a difference. **Job Responsibilities:** * Active contact with retailers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail. * Customer prospecting and post\-sales follow-up. * Support for external sales representatives and coordination with logistics. * Planning calls and active outreach to customers/retailers in collaboration with direct management. * Tracking orders with logistics from system entry through delivery. * Conducting post\-sales activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction. **Essential Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience in sales, commercial customer service, or prospecting. * Experience in account reactivation is a plus. **Desirable Skills** * Negotiation and deadline adherence; * Strong interpersonal relationship skills; * Effective communication and public speaking. **Advantages:** * Experience or background in the BIKE segment.
