Your role will be to serve as the company’s voice for the customer after the sale, ensuring they feel secure and well-informed about every stage of their vehicle’s transportation. Your Responsibilities Status Tracking: Monitor vehicle transportation progress and proactively update customers. Multichannel Support: Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries and requests via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Operational Coordination: Communicate internally with the logistics team and drivers to obtain accurate information on deadlines and locations. Expectation Management: Use flexibility and diplomacy to handle logistical disruptions while remaining calm and conveying confidence to the customer. Documentation Organization: Ensure delivery information and protocols are properly recorded in our system. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or support (logistics experience is a plus). Proficiency in communication tools (WhatsApp Business, email) and ease using internal systems. High school diploma completed (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Administration is highly valued).
