Key job responsibilities
Amazon’s Operations team is seeking a highly qualified and motivated recent graduate to manage daily inventory control, quality assurance, and capacity activities in our warehouse. Inventory control and quality assurance activities play a critical role in implementing best practices for packing and picking, as well as in managing warehouse capacity—directly impacting Amazon’s ability to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Support, guide, and motivate 50–100 Amazon Associates under your direct supervision
* Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment
* Stand/walk during shifts of up to 12 hours
* Willingness and ability to regularly work rotating shifts that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.
Although shift patterns vary by location, most follow a fixed 3-on/2-off weekly schedule
* Supervise truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (where applicable), and intervene as needed
• Work in an environment with varying noise levels • Lift up to 22 kg and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
* Climb up and down stairs (where applicable)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Completed Engineering or related field degree within the last 24 months [OR] currently enrolled in the final semester of an undergraduate program [OR] pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Engineering or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Intermediate English (B2+) or higher

Our compensation reflects labor market costs in geographic regions across Brazil. The base salary for this full-time permanent position is R$12,000 per month (in addition to Amazon RSUs and Sign-on Payments for Year 1 and Year 2).**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
