Join us now and apply!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the annual ESG Report preparation project, coordinating data collection, KPI consolidation, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders; * Conduct the materiality assessment process, ensuring stakeholder engagement and prioritization of topics most relevant to JWM; * Lead the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions inventory development, aligned with GHG Protocol guidelines and other applicable standards; * Serve as the responsible party for the annual Communication on Progress (COP) under the UN Global Compact, as well as for developing and monitoring SDG-related projects; * Support and lead initiatives related to environmental, social, and governance practices, ensuring integration of these dimensions into JWM’s operations and processes; * Conduct ESG indicator diagnostics and mapping, and monitor metrics and targets for internal and external reporting; * Develop and implement sustainability projects and programs, including supplier, community, and employee engagement; * Prepare the company for ESG audits, certifications, and awards such as the Despoluir Program, SETCESP Sustainability Award, among others; * Support maintenance and updating of integrated management systems related to sustainability—aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SASSMAQ standards—in collaboration with the SSMAQ department; * Actively contribute to developing ESG policies and guidelines covering topics such as diversity and inclusion, ethics, social responsibility, human rights, circular economy, among others; * Prepare managerial reports, dashboards, and presentations based on ESG indicators, supporting internal and external communication of corporate performance; * Develop educational content and communication materials for internal ESG awareness and engagement campaigns; * Conduct benchmarking, research, and ongoing updates on sustainability and corporate governance trends, regulations, and best practices; * Act as an internal facilitator, promoting ESG culture at JWM and supporting leadership and teams in adopting best practices and behaviors aligned with the company’s commitments; * Monitor and support implementation of recommendations from ESG audits and assessments, ensuring corrective and preventive action plans are executed; * Be responsible for recording, tracking, and reporting ESG initiatives, commitments, and targets, contributing to transparency and strengthening JWM’s institutional image; * Coordinate response workflows and solutions for incidents or accidents involving chemical products, ensuring effective, safe, and legally compliant responses; * Record and track Corrective Action Reports (CARs) jointly with the area manager, identifying root causes, defining corrective actions, and implementing process improvements for identified deviations. **Requirements and Qualifications** (O) Knowledge of ESG indicator development and monitoring, GHG emissions inventory, and ESG report preparation. (O) Certification as SASSMAQ Internal Auditor. (O) Familiarity with ISSB Standards IFRS S1 and S2. (O) Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management / Quality Management / ESG Management / Business Administration / Environmental Engineering. (D) Intermediate English proficiency.
