You will be a key contributor responsible for activities that ensure production efficiency, inventory organization, and excellence in customer service—guaranteeing customer satisfaction and product quality. **Responsibilities** Customer Service: * Greet, guide, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process. * Clarify questions regarding products, prices, promotions, and payment terms. * Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and efficient service. Cashier Operations: * Conduct sales, issue invoices, and perform cash register closing. * Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, vouchers). * Reconcile funds and record financial transactions. Organization and Restocking: * Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain store organization. * Ensure cleanliness and proper product placement according to company standards. * Assist with receiving and verifying incoming merchandise. Inventory Control: * Notify shortages or items nearing expiration. * Assist with physical inventory counts. Promotion and Merchandising: * Apply price tags and identify promotions. * Set up displays and window arrangements per management instructions. Incident Resolution: * Handle exchanges, returns, and complaints in accordance with store policies. * Report incidents (operational failures, losses, etc.) to supervisors. Requirements and Qualifications: * Education: Completed high school (prior experience preferred). * Experience: 6 months in sales. Knowledge: * Basic understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques. * Familiarity with POS systems and card machines (preferred). Skills: * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Organizational ability, proactivity, and teamwork. * Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and manage peak traffic periods. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with POS systems * Cash handling experience * Knowledge of perishable goods.
