In this role, you will manage client condominium access via a system, record events, and make release decisions based on residents’ rules and instructions. Work will be performed remotely, and you will also be responsible for registering new users in the system and handling simultaneous access requests according to demand. Additionally, you will communicate with residents, prepare daily incident reports (Minutes), and assist in activities to ensure all services are delivered per supervisor instructions.
