Support customer service delivery by addressing demands negotiated by the market area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and present lesson plans aligned with the course plan or educational guidelines, conducting ongoing evaluation, monitoring, and adjustments; * Deliver theoretical and/or practical classes, ensuring safety, hygiene, and environmental protection during teaching-learning activities; * Participate in research initiatives and implementation of specific technological updates; * Specify equipment and materials required to implement, replace, or modernize laboratories, workshops, and learning environments; * Motivate students and foster their interest in industrial issues, demonstrating and highlighting the sector’s importance to the economy, the State, employment, and society at large;
