




Job Summary: Customer Advisor (Cashier and Credit Department) and Customer Advisor (Fashion and Inventory) are responsible for organizing the department, handling merchandise movement, providing customer service and support, executing sales, and operating the cash register. Handle merchandise movement between inventory and stores (or vice versa), ensuring optimal product exposure. Monitor customer behavior, providing support and product information as needed; also locate and retrieve requested sizes or items from inventory if not available on the sales floor. Conduct assisted sales, accompanying and observing customers during product selection and offering assistance when difficulties arise. Sell financial products such as credit cards and insurance, providing explanations to customers, facilitating card applications and registrations, and enabling credit access for purchases. Operate the cash register, including opening procedures—performing the X-read, verifying prior balance, and completing all required opening and closing steps—while checking and managing office supplies to ensure all electronic devices, fiscal receipt rolls, paper clips, packaging materials, and other essentials are in perfect working condition and available in sufficient quantities. Process merchandise exchanges, correctly entering data into the system to track incoming and outgoing items, inspecting returned products, and performing necessary procedures to return them to saleable status. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products—from arrival to departure at the store—to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations. Comply with applicable rules, procedures, internal regulations, and current legislation.
