




Job Summary: A professional responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, managing financial routines, and supporting leadership decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of managerial reports to support strategic decision-making Responsibilities: * Consolidate, analyze, and interpret financial data, considering the organization’s strategic objectives and financial capacity; * Conduct financial analyses and present alternatives and recommendations for cost reduction, resource optimization, and improvement of economic\-financial performance; * Monitor, coordinate, and supervise financial routines, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable; * Interface with and monitor outsourced accounting and tax departments, ensuring legal compliance and information quality; * Supervise outsourced HR department processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and labor legislation; * Prepare, analyze, and present managerial reports and financial statements, including the Income Statement (DRE), supporting leadership decision-making.
