We are seeking an **Engineering and Infrastructure Coordinator** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise civil, electrical, mechanical, and automation engineering projects aimed at expanding, modernizing, or constructing industrial facilities. * Coordinate and engage multidisciplinary teams involved in all project phases. * Manage schedules, scope, budgets, and execution deadlines for industrial construction and installation works. * Directly supervise contractors, technical teams, and suppliers during construction and installation phases. * Technically evaluate supplier proposals and oversee procurement of industrial equipment. * Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT, NRs, ANVISA, MAPA), environmental regulations, and food safety requirements. * Participate in the development and review of basic and executive project designs. * Lead alignment meetings with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integration among production, maintenance, safety, and quality departments. * Control technical documentation and construction progress reports. * Prepare and issue technical and managerial reports covering all project phases. * Support commissioning and startup of new installations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. * Proven experience in large-scale industrial projects, preferably in slaughterhouses, feed mills, or agro-industrial facilities. * Knowledge of construction management, production line installation, industrial utilities, and automation systems. * Solid understanding of project management (schedule, budget, scope, quality). * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). * Preferred: Experience with agro-industrial and/or food industry regulatory standards. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: BRL 800. * On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch. * Health insurance plan (Unimed or Hapvida). * Dental insurance plan (Bradesco). * Life insurance. * Wellhub (Gympass). * Short-Term Incentive Plan (ICP). * Transportation allowance with 2% payroll deduction. * Partnerships with educational institutions offering discounts for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. **CostaFoods Brasil: Minas Roots, Global Strength!** Founded in 1999 in the heart of Minas Gerais, in São Sebastião do Oeste, CostaFoods Brasil was born from the simple yet fertile soil of Brazil’s interior and grew with the mission of carrying Minas roots to inspire the world.
