We are seeking a Commercial Consultant to serve as the central figure in mapping and initiating first contact for high-ticket corporate sales in the agribusiness sector. This professional will be responsible for leading integrated planning and execution strategies, as well as contributing to the structuring of the commercial area through ideas and actions at operational and tactical levels. Reporting directly to the CEO, key responsibilities include: \- Researching, prospecting, and managing relationships with leads and potential clients;\- Drafting and sending compelling marketing and commercial emails; \- Updating the CRM, analyzing sales funnels, and proposing continuous improvements to the pipeline and commercial processes; \- Creating strategic content to generate leads and commercial proposals; \- Participating in events and negotiations alongside company partners; \- Learning and implementing new sales and marketing tools; \- Studying the agribusiness and commodities markets to enhance strategic initiatives. **Requirements:** \- Solid commercial experience, particularly in prospecting new clients and sales strategies. \- Interest in agribusiness and the commodities sector; \- Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agronomy, or related fields; \- Availability to work 100% on-site in the João Paulo neighborhood of Florianópolis \- SC.
