Job Summary: A professional responsible for strategic commercial planning, performance analysis, and developing action plans to drive results—transforming data into insights and setting goals. Collaborate with the Commercial team on initiatives to improve the SME segment. We are seeking a **Business Analyst III** to join the Marketing team for the SME segment. The professional’s core responsibility will be SME Commercial Planning, strategically conducting performance analyses, supporting decision-making, and developing commercial plans that drive company results. This role entails transforming data into actionable insights, supporting goal definition, and ensuring consistent commercial forecasting. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze **commercial performance dashboards**, identifying opportunities, risks, and trends. * Identify delivery gaps and propose strategic action plans to reverse underperformance. * Define, deploy, and monitor **sales KPIs and OKRs**. * Prepare executive presentations with results, scenarios, and recommendations for senior leadership and management. * Monitor campaigns, commercial initiatives, and channel performance. * Act consultatively with the Commercial team, leading improvement projects for the SME segment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in **commercial planning, market intelligence, or performance analysis**. * Proficiency in **Excel** and strong analytical capability. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). * Critical thinking, organizational skills, data storytelling, and business acumen. * Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and diverse hierarchical levels. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in the **Telecom** sector or similar industries. * Project Management experience. **Desired Profile** ------------------- * Strategic mindset with a results-oriented focus. * Ability to structure problems and propose solutions. * Clear, data-driven communication. * Proactivity, curiosity, and continuous learning. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Wellhub * “Tranquil Mind” Program * Profit Sharing (PLR) ### **Being Always Together is What Drives Us!!!** We are Algar, a people-first company part of the Algar Group, committed to best ESG practices.
