Coordination of administrative routines and process optimization * Manage financial planning, annual budgeting, cash flow, and financial projections; * Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations; * Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and present management reports; * Control costs, expenses, and financial indicators, proposing optimization actions; * Coordinate administrative routines, contracts, procurement, assets, and general services; * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, labor, and regulatory standards; * Collaborate with accounting, internal and external audits; * Manage and develop the finance and administration team; * Support senior management in defining financial and administrative strategies; * Implement process, system, and internal control improvements.
