Strengthening company revenue and reputation Job Mission Lead consultative sales processes with a focus on understanding customer needs, delivering aligned solutions, and ensuring sustainable conversions. The Closer is responsible for transforming qualified opportunities into satisfied customers, strengthening company revenue and reputation through a strategic and humanized purchasing experience. Key Responsibilities * Conduct sales conversations and calls with qualified leads, applying consultative selling techniques and ethical persuasion. * Diagnose the lead’s current situation, pain points, and goals to position the digital product (course, mentoring, or program) as the ideal solution. * Deliver clear and engaging commercial presentations, reinforcing product differentiators, authority, and value proposition. * Apply methodologies such as SPIN Selling, NPQE, and neuromarketing sales techniques to increase conversion rates. * Execute strategic follow-ups to nurture relationships and reduce the lead’s decision-making time. * Maintain the CRM updated with complete information for each opportunity and funnel stage. * Achieve daily and weekly conversion, average ticket, and revenue targets. * Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams (SDR/social seller) to optimize lead quality. * Report insights regarding objections, lead profiles, and purchasing behavior to contribute to improvements in campaigns and offerings. * Ensure a light and humanized purchasing experience aligned with the product’s transformational promise. * Represent the brand with professionalism and commitment to results. Academic Qualifications Completed high school; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields is desirable; Certifications or courses in sales techniques, persuasion, negotiation, or NLP will be considered advantageous. Professional Experience Experience in consultative sales (preferably in digital products, mentoring, product launches, or online education); Prior experience in digital environments (CRM, sales funnels, automation tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.) is desirable. Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in consultative sales techniques (SPIN Selling, NPQE, BANT, rapport building, neuromarketing sales); * Efficient use of CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, clint); * Familiarity with communication and management tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, etc.); * Ability to conduct conversations and follow-ups via WhatsApp, video conferencing, and social media; Behavioral Competencies * Clear, empathetic, and results-oriented communication; * Active listening and emotional intelligence in negotiations; * Organization and discipline in pipeline and target management; * Performance focus and continuous learning mindset; * Proactivity and ownership mentality toward the commercial process; * Adaptability in dynamic, high-demand environments; * Ethics, commitment, and professional demeanor.
