A trichology clinic is seeking a receptionist to handle patient care, appointment scheduling, and administrative, commercial, and financial support for the clinic. Responsibilities: * Greet patients in person * Proactive and responsive WhatsApp communication * Schedule organization and management * Acquisition of new patients * Service and protocol sales * Invoice issuance * Basic financial control (income and expenses, payment verification) * Front desk organization and administrative support Requirements: * Prior experience as a receptionist (preferably in a clinic or healthcare/aesthetic setting) * Experience in sales and public-facing roles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational ability, proactivity, and accountability * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business and digital scheduling systems) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in aesthetic, healthcare, or trichology clinics * Familiarity with administrative and financial routines * Experience issuing invoices Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Direct Sales (Mandatory)
