This role is responsible for qualifying sellers, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate follow\-up and documentation. This role would **benefit from previous experience** in real estate acquisitions or a related real estate sales position. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound seller leads generated through paid marketing channels (no cold calling required) * Follow up with existing leads within a CRM database * Conduct acquisition conversations with sellers, including property condition, motivation, timeline, and pricing * Negotiate purchase agreements and obtain signed contracts * Manage opportunities through the contract phase with accuracy and professionalism * Maintain consistent follow\-up and detailed notes within the CRM * Work within systems supported by automation and AI\-based tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in real estate acquisitions or a related real estate sales role * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English sufficient to conduct professional conversations * Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow\-up schedules * Comfort with negotiation and objection handling * Ability to work independently and remain organized in a remote environment * Availability during US business hours.
