You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into large-scale import projects, leveraging your negotiation expertise to ensure portfolio expansion. If you are goal-driven, possess an aggressive closing profile, and can skillfully lead executive-level meetings, this is the place for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead strategic commercial meetings with full focus on closing and proposal conversion. * Identify customer pain points, needs, and objections, conducting negotiations with excellence and technical authority. * Present import projects clearly and persuasively, demonstrating added value and operational feasibility. * Maintain rigorous control over activities, stages, and lead statuses in the CRM, ensuring no opportunity is missed. * Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. **Requirements:** * **Sales Focus:** Resilient, results-oriented commercial profile. * **Closing Experience:** Proven experience as a Closer in high-value sales or logistics/foreign trade services. * **Objection Handling Expertise:** Ability to overcome complex objections and guide customers toward purchase decisions. * **Executive Communication:** Capacity to convey confidence and clarity in high-level meetings. **Additional Information:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:00**. * **Lunch Break:** 1 hour and 12 minutes.
