We are seeking a **Controlling Analyst** to strategically perform data analysis, budgetary control, and support financial decision-making. This person will be responsible for generating clear analyses, identifying improvement opportunities, and directly contributing to the company’s sustainable growth. **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Conduct financial and controlling analyses based on production indicators, cost variations, and material usage; * Support the Finance team in preparing budget forecasts and defining pricing strategies; * Monitor labor reports, raw material costs, and production time; * Present results clearly, building analyses from scratch when necessary; * Work with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SAP HANA, Leven Pro) to structure dashboards and reports; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements; * Conduct cyclical and annual inventory analyses, proposing corrective actions; * Participate in strategic discussions with Production, Engineering, and Finance departments. **To participate in our selection process, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Financial Management; * Solid experience in Controlling and data analysis; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, plus hands-on experience with SAP HANA and Leven Pro; * Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to work autonomously and clearly; * Experience managing people and the ability to conduct responsible follow-ups; * Industrial sector experience is considered a plus. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Discounts at local businesses; * Educational incentives; * Wellhub (Gympass) – take care of your physical and mental well-being. **Why J.Assy?** Here, you go beyond technical work.
