Healthy and productive work environment **HR Assistant \- Penha/SC \- 1112** We are seeking an **HR Professional** with proven experience, strong communication skills, and a well-organized, proactive profile to perform generalist duties in HR and Personnel Department routines, ensuring labor compliance, excellent service to employees, and support for continuous improvement of internal processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist employees with matters related to **payroll, vacations, terminations, and benefits**; * Manage **employee benefits**, including Food Vouchers and Dental Plans (enrollments, cancellations, and controls); * Manage and maintain the **Electronic Timekeeping System** (Seculum system), including report generation; * Compile and submit monthly data to the outsourced accounting firm required for payroll processing, ensuring **data accuracy and integrity**; * Monitor and ensure compliance of **hiring, vacation, and contract termination** procedures; * Manage and distribute **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**; * Track expiration dates of **employees’ documentation**; * Maintain updated employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with **labor regulations and statutory deadlines**; * Support **Recruitment and Selection** (job posting, candidate screening, and interview assistance); * Assist in **implementing and improving HR processes**, fostering a healthy and productive work environment. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in **Human Resources**, with emphasis on **payroll, vacations, and terminations**; * Knowledge of **labor legislation**; * Experience with **outsourced accounting** (review and analysis); * Experience in **benefits management**; * Familiarity with **electronic timekeeping systems** (Seculum system preferred); * Knowledge of **PPE**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Profile: **organized, proactive, flexible, and responsible**; ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a **Generalist HR Professional**; * Experience in mid-sized companies; * Experience working in environments with multiple concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
