Focus on goals and results for the cooperative and producers **Job Description:** ---------------------- Lead the unit's commercial sector, manage product inventory, and provide service to cooperative members, customers, and suppliers to achieve established targets and deliver optimal results for the cooperative and producers. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Agricultural Technical Studies, or related fields; Experience in sales, negotiation, inventory management, and agricultural commerce (reselling, cooperatives); Experience in people management.
