Description: * Currently enrolled in high school or higher education. * Age between 18 and 23 years old. * Possession of a Digital Work and Social Security Card (CTPS). * Residence in Pires do Rio / GO. Preferred Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or technological course in Human Resources or Psychology. Attend theoretical classes delivered by Sicredi’s partner educational institution on scheduled days and times. Additionally, for practical learning at Sicredi, the junior apprentice will perform support activities for internal administrative tasks/customer service, such as document filing and digitization, Excel spreadsheet controls, customer service, among others. In this opportunity, the junior apprentice will work in the Cooperative’s Human Resources Management area, learning more about recruitment processes and other supporting activities for the talent acquisition and selection team, including interview scheduling, candidate screening, job posting, and onboarding documentation submission. 2511110202181489188
