




Job Summary: Deliver in-person theoretical training to apprentice youth, applying the institutional methodology and developing lesson plans and activities. Key Highlights: 1. Use active learning methodologies and assess behavior and professional formation * Deliver in-person theoretical training to youth aged 14–23 across various knowledge areas; apply the Institutional Methodology; develop, adjust, and implement lesson plans, slides, interactive exercises, and activities; use active learning methodologies during sessions; monitor attendance; assess apprentices’ behavior and technical-professional development according to institutional competencies, among other responsibilities. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience delivering classroom instruction; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Aptitude for working with youth; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$22.01 per hour Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
