Ensure safety and correct application of exercises The gym is seeking a Technical Coordinator in Luziânia (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and guide instructors and interns. Develop and monitor workouts and training programs. Ensure exercises are applied correctly and safely. Monitor students' progress. Organize technical team schedules. Uphold compliance with the Regional Council of Physical Education (CREF) regulations. Train and qualify the team. Assist in resolving students' technical questions. Support management in decisions related to the technical area. Previous experience as Technical Supervisor, Project Manager, Technical Team Leader, or Engineering Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
