Instructional design of high-impact corporate educational solutions An Information Technology services company is seeking a Senior Institutional Designer in Santo André. Tiviati is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We offer services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Conduct educational needs analysis through LNT interviews with stakeholders such as directors and managers, evaluating whether needs pertain to learning or to processes and tools; mapping target audiences, personas, and learning contexts; translating technical content into educational language in collaboration with subject-matter experts; and defining the instructional matrix, learning objectives, and assessment criteria. Design high-impact corporate educational solutions, developing scripts and storyboards for videos, podcasts, interactive objects, and games; curating existing content; and creating or guiding visual identity, user experience, and usability of courses. Support digital content production using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate, ensuring consistent application of visual design and learning experience standards across educational assets. Manage educational projects by defining and monitoring schedules, budgets, and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery of courses and solutions with quality and alignment to business needs. Configure and maintain learning environments on LMS platforms, including course and learning path setup, certificate configuration, integrations, and content publication in standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and LTI. Provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level instructional designers, reviewing content and guiding best practices in instructional design, visual design, accessibility, and learning experience. Monitor learning and engagement metrics using learning analytics, analyzing metrics, reports, and dashboards to assess learner reaction, course effectiveness, and impact on participant behavior. Continuously update and manage the course lifecycle, proposing improvements, content revisions, usability adjustments, and technological updates as needed.
