




Job Summary: A professional to manage maintenance processes, from service request registration and responsibility analysis to service execution and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of maintenance service requests and service tracking. 2. Communication with tenants, property owners, and service providers. 3. Support for inspections and maintenance history tracking. **Responsibilities:** Receive, register, and track maintenance service requests submitted by tenants or property owners. Analyze maintenance responsibility (tenant or landlord). Request, receive, and evaluate quotations from accredited service providers. Submit quotations to the property owner or tenant for approval, according to identified responsibility. Negotiate timelines and costs when necessary. Monitor execution of approved services, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Conduct follow-up with clients and service providers until resolution of the request. Support and accompany entry and exit inspections, identifying potential repair needs. Maintain records, documents, and maintenance history for each property. Ensure clear and organized communication among tenants, property owners, and service providers. Support the finance department with information required for billing or reimbursement related to maintenance activities. **Requirements:** Experience in maintenance process management, preferably within real estate companies. Advantage: degree or currently studying Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Business Management, etc. Skills in process and people management. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: We welcome your salary expectations.
