The role focuses on building image, positioning, and opportunities for public presence—with attention to detail, aesthetics, cultural repertoire, and relational intelligence. **Responsibilities:** * Support strategic opportunity mapping for the CEO (events, collaborations, interviews, partnerships); * Monitor leadership’s reputation and image across communication channels; * Suggest initiatives and ideas that strengthen the company’s and leadership’s positioning; * Assist in contacting and building relationships with partners, creators, and potential connections; * Conduct research and organize information to guide decisions regarding public presence. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills and sense of priority; * Interest in topics such as public image, reputation, influence, and digital business. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Interest in personal branding, behavior, trends, and digital culture; * Prior experience in content production, press relations, partnerships, or events. **If you’re passionate about building public image, strengthening reputation, and working with relational intelligence, this role is for you!** **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Compensation:** R$ 600.00 initially; after 3 months, the intern transitions into a growth track within the agency.
