A culture that values diversity and different perspectives. * Work in the Production area, performing auxiliary or routine tasks in production areas; * Check on-site the screening process routes; * Unclog ducts or process routes quickly and effectively, thereby avoiding unnecessary production losses beyond the expected; * Collect material overspill when it falls from conveyor belts or other equipment, maintaining the entire production line, screening and loading building, hoppers, and other areas in good working condition and keeping the workplace clean; * Inspect and, if necessary, clean the screens (PV01, PV02 and PV03) when they present obstacles to the passage of specific material.
