Organizing and supporting cultural and literary events. **Industry: EDUCATIONAL (HIGH SCHOOL)** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and deliver Literature lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and pedagogical guidelines. * Present literary movements, historical periods, aesthetic styles, and major authors of Brazilian and world literature. * Work on reading, analysis, and interpretation of literary works, poems, short stories, chronicles, and novels. * Promote debates, reading circles, and discussions on themes, symbols, language, and context of literary works. * Stimulate aesthetic appreciation and critical thinking when engaging with diverse literary texts. * Guide students in writing book reviews, summaries, analyses, and reading projects. * Develop activities that connect literature, art, culture, and society. * Organize and support cultural events such as poetry slams, reading clubs, literary weeks, and book fairs. * Assess student progress through written assignments, oral presentations, and participation in debates. * Produce pedagogical records, learning progress tracking, and lesson plans. * Use varied teaching resources, including digital media, films, music, and visual art to broaden literary interpretation. * Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, and continuing professional development activities. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Letters (Teacher Education); \- Proficiency in BNCC and ENEM content; \- Experience teaching High School classes; \- Strong teaching methodology and clarity in content delivery; \- Relevant professional experience; \- Preferred: Experience with TOTVS System and SAS Platform. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Hourly wage for Regular Teacher, as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Teachers’ Union. **WORK SCHEDULE:** As per roster \- MORNING shift.
