The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Full-Level Human Resources Analyst **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. ZIP Code: 70070-944 **JOB SUMMARY:** Perform duties related to payroll and e-social processing, severance calculations, monitoring entries impacting payroll processing, provide support and guidance to Units, and other related activities. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in administrative HR department routines: hiring, termination, vacations, payroll calculation, benefits, leaves of absence, electronic timekeeping, INSS, FGTS, IRRF, and eSocial. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected.
