You will join a team focused on ensuring **technical excellence and deep product mastery of the Socioemotional solution, grounded in the CASEL framework and aligned with the Brazilian National Common Curriculum (BNCC) guidelines.** You will play a key role in the **sales journey** of Arco’s **Socioemotional products**, ensuring **pedagogical delight** among school *prospects (potential customers)* and guaranteeing that high-quality pedagogical solutions are adopted by schools across Brazil. **Key challenges:** * Ensure pedagogical delight among Arco’s school *prospects*, acting as a key contributor to the sales journey of **Socioemotional products**. * Achieve deep product mastery and provide robust technical-pedagogical support to the School Success (Sales) team. * Engage mid-funnel in sales, presenting and demonstrating the technical value of the **solution**. * Participate in strategic and cross-functional projects impacting Arco’s revenue results. **Activities and Responsibilities:** * Accompany the commercial team in meetings and school visits to deepen the pedagogical understanding of **socioemotional solutions** with the *prospect*. * Serve as the go-to expert on **socioemotional solutions** for both the internal team and school *prospects*. * Support initiatives from *stakeholder* areas (Product and Marketing), providing inputs based on your expertise regarding the **solution**, education, and customers. * Support the commercial team’s training on pedagogical topics. * Lead pedagogically oriented agendas at prospecting events. **Profile Expectations:** We seek talent with **strong pedagogical knowledge**, especially in **the specificities of socioemotional development and learning**, and capable of independently driving initiatives. * Ability to **execute processes, routines, and meet goals**, particularly commercial ones. * Capacity to delight schools through assertive communication, closely connected to their realities. * Skill to build rapport and communicate effectively with senior and highly complex managers, deeply understanding their needs to deliver value through our solutions. **Mandatory Technical Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * **Experience in socioemotional education (Skills, Competencies, and Socioemotional Curricula).** * **Knowledge of the CASEL methodology, per the Brazilian National Common Curriculum (BNCC) guidelines.** * Experience in environments such as schools, pedagogical consulting firms, or **socioemotional training and implementation programs**. * Availability for **weekly travel, active driver’s license (Category B)**, and comfort driving and frequently traveling within and outside the state. **What you’ll find at Arco, beyond incredible people:** \+ Meal and/or food allowance \+ Health and dental insurance \+ Transportation voucher \+ Extended maternity and paternity leave \+ Childcare allowance \+ Health care: partnerships with Wellhub and Zenklub \+ Education incentive \+ Discount on airline tickets \+ Pet health insurance partnership \+ Access to Arco’s teaching materials for employees’ children \+ Partnerships for MBA and postgraduate programs **\#MoreDiversity** We believe that in a diverse and inclusive environment, our **people will be happier, more engaged**, and have **greater opportunities to reach their full potential**.
