This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Communication Analyst – Mid-Level Business Partner **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions requiring a 44-hour weekly workload. Plans, analyzes, prioritizes, and monitors communication requests, ensuring technical feasibility, strategic alignment, adherence to deadlines, and efficient use of productive capacity. Supports management decision-making through indicator analysis, managerial reports, and tactical recommendations, in compliance with institutional guidelines set forth by entities comprising the Transport System – CNT, SEST SENAT, and ITL. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations**.** Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in communication and marketing activities**.** **VERIFICATION:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected.
