Your primary purpose is to transform strategy into relevant, measurable, results-oriented content, integrating SEO, inbound, paid traffic, internal marketing, and relationship-building into a consistent, high-performing narrative. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and lead the content strategy, aligning topics, formats, and objectives with traffic, lead-generation, and brand-positioning goals; * Plan and produce SEO-optimized content (blog posts, institutional pages, FAQs, and landing pages), aiming to increase qualified organic traffic and improve search rankings; * Conduct keyword research and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and editorial prioritization; * Develop high-performing ad copy (ads, headlines, and landing pages) focused on conversion and ROI; * Structure and optimize email marketing sequences and automated lead-nurturing workflows throughout the buyer’s journey; * Lead production of institutional and internal marketing content to strengthen company culture and internal communication; * Script institutional videos and performance-oriented assets, ensuring strategic and persuasive narratives; * Analyze and optimize content based on metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement, and traffic), driving continuous improvement; * Ensure excellence in scannability, semantics, content UX, and consistency of brand voice; * Leverage AI as an enabler of editorial productivity and quality; * Monitor content KPIs and generate strategic insights to inform marketing and growth decisions; * Actively participate in strategic planning and develop briefs for graphic and audiovisual assets, ensuring alignment among content, design, and performance; * And other related duties. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields; * Prior experience in digital content production, copywriting, or inbound marketing; * Experience with SEO and production of optimized content; * Experience with digital campaigns and creation of performance-driven copy; * Organizational skills; * Strong communication skills.
