Job Summary: Assist throughout the entire process of assembling and dismantling structures, handling components and equipment, and collaborating with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of structures and equipment 2. Work as part of a team, meeting on-site requirements 3. Ensure personal and group safety by using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) Assist throughout the entire process of assembling and dismantling structures, handling components and equipment, sorting and collecting materials, coordinating with the entire team, and meeting on-site requirements. Load and unload equipment from the truck; Sort equipment and transport it to the work site together with the team; Assemble drawer units for component storage; Set up isolation of the assembly work area using collective protective equipment (CPE); Assist in assembling suspended scaffolding platforms; Thread steel cables through the traction box and fall arresters, and coil excess steel cable onto reels; Test functionality of accessories such as clamps, scissors jacks, and base plates; Deliver equipment to assemblers upon request; Collect unused and/or dismantled components and place them in a designated secure location for immediate removal; Ensure personal and group safety; Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) when performing tasks. Requirements: Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety Minimum 1 year of experience in operational roles, such as construction helper, construction laborer, or general helper.
