We are seeking a **Coastal Master** to join our operational team. Job Mission: Responsible for mooring and unmooring operations, paint maintenance and vessel preservation, cargo loading and unloading operations for support materials, machinery maintenance, galley operations, and the entire deck crew, covering all aspects of onboard routine and discipline, acting as an intermediary between the crew and the First Mate. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan maintenance routines for life-saving appliances and firefighting equipment. * Plan cleaning and stowage routines for lifeboats, belt lockers, and deck storerooms. * Supervise hull maintenance—including safe handling of tools and equipment for surface preparation and application of paints and thinners. * Become familiar with pontoon operations, including use of column elevators and watertight compartment doors.
