At CI\&T, we help major enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact through AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions. With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in agentic SDLC, application modernization, Data \& AI, martech, and business strategy. We are 8,000 CI\&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day. **Important**: If you reside in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, your presence at our city offices is mandatory, per our current attendance policy. We are building a new initiative that combines cutting-edge technology with the reinvention of large clients’ operations from an agentic perspective. We seek a highly technical professional with extensive experience in complex technology environments and product knowledge — accustomed to operating under uncertainty and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives — to become one of the leaders of this relationship and make transformation practically viable. **Responsibilities:** * Technical reinvention strategy: Translate business ambition into executable AI agent architecture, defining the approach from diagnosis to deployment; * Executive engagement: Serve as the technical front-facing contact for the client’s C\-level, sustaining conversations in both technical and business languages until decisions are made; * Integration architecture: Creatively design how agents connect to legacy systems, knowledge bases, and existing supplier ecosystems; * Technical standards and governance: Define guardrails, security mechanisms, and responsible AI usage as a foundational design principle — not as a later patch; * Calculated risk-taking: Identify, size, and protect the program’s technical bets; pivot seamlessly when evidence demands it. **Requirements for this challenge:** * Principal-level technical expertise: Proven track record with complex systems and diverse technical knowledge; \- Generative AI: Practical, deep experience with LLMs (Claude, OpenAI GPT, Gemini or similar); sufficient understanding of embeddings and language models to make architectural decisions, agent-building strategies, and agent architectures — orchestrating skills, tools, and protocols; * Prompt Engineering: Mastery of chain\-of\-thought, few\-shot, role prompting, structured outputs, and prompt hardening — plus the ability to establish the standard followed by the team; * RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation): Solid understanding of pipelines involving chunking, vector/semantic search, re\-ranking, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, FAISS or similar), at the level of someone who decides the architecture, not just implements it; * Agent orchestration: Experience with multi\-agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar) and AI-assisted development environments (e.g., Claude Code); * Programming for prototyping, reviewing team code, and validating technical decisions in practice; * Executive communication: Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business decisions and lead conversations with C\-level stakeholders to “yes”; * Genuine comfort with ambiguity: Real-world experience in scenarios without ready-made playbooks, with tolerance for rapid failure and obsessive focus on learning; * Business alignment: Designing technology to move the metric that matters — not to satisfy technical sophistication; * Integration with established ecosystems: Experience connecting new solutions to legacy systems and supplier dependencies, including the political and contractual dimensions thereof; * Availability to visit the client in São Paulo three times per week. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Integration of agents into market ecosystems; * Exposure to design thinking, lean inception, or rapid prototyping methodologies; * Background combining engineering with product or strategy; * Experience building and leading senior technical squads; * Experience in regulated sectors, with practical compliance/LGPD implementation. \#LI\-CB1 **Our benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Meal and food allowance; * Childcare assistance; * Extended parental leave; * Partnerships with gyms and health/wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club; * Free online platform dedicated to promoting physical health, mental well-being, and overall wellness; * Pregnancy and responsible parenting course; * Partnerships with online learning platforms; * Language learning platform; * And many more More details about our benefits here: https://ciandt.com/br/pt\-br/carreiras At CI\&T, inclusion begins at first contact.
