Job Summary: The Caramuru Trainee Program aims to develop new leaders to work across various industrial units and care for our people, nurturing future leaders. Key Highlights: 1. Working across different industrial units **Caramuru**, the leading Brazilian company in processing soybeans, corn, sunflower, and canola, is dedicated to grain industrialization, oil extraction and refining, export of soybeans (in grain form), soybean meal, oil, lecithin, soy protein concentrate (SPC), as well as biodiesel and refined glycerin production. The Trainee Program aims to develop new leaders capable of working across different industrial units and caring for our people. **Mandatory Requirements: Graduated within the last 24 months.** Completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Production Engineering (maximum two years since graduation) Active and valid registration with the respective professional council; Willingness to relocate to another city/state; Driver’s license – Category B. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM (Mato Grosso) or Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM (Goiás) Resumes will be screened and forwarded to specific units: São Simão (GO), Ipameri (GO), Itumbiara (GO), Sorriso (MT), and Apucarana (PR). **Benefits:** Monthly meal card Medical and dental assistance (available after 90 days) for employee and legal dependents.
