Integrated work with a multidisciplinary team Unibol SAF is seeking a **Social Worker** to provide social and family support to athletes in its youth division, contributing to the holistic development of young athletes, strengthening of bonds, and prevention of vulnerability situations. **Responsibilities** * Provide social and family support to youth athletes; * Strengthen family and social bonds; * Prevent and identify situations of social vulnerability; * Contribute to the holistic development of athletes. **Functions** * Conduct social follow-up of athletes and their families; * Identify situations of social vulnerability and propose referrals; * Act as mediator between the club, families, schools, and the social support network; * Implement socioeducational activities aligned with Unibol’s values; * Prepare social reports and follow-up records; * Collaborate integrally with the technical staff and multidisciplinary areas; * Advise athletes and families regarding rights, duties, and responsibilities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work; * Active registration with CRESS. **Preferred Qualification** * Experience working with children and adolescents. **Work Schedule** * 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Benefits** * Meal allowance/food voucher worth R$ 239.00 per month. **Additional Information** * This position is intended for professionals with an ethical, empathetic profile, committed to the social and human development of young athletes.
