Therefore, you will find people from various backgrounds and life stories here—all united by their belief in the importance of solidarity and the power of mutual support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct clinical studies with participants to test cosmetic, hygiene, and health-related products. * Study execution steps: explaining the study, obtaining signed documentation, medical evaluation, technical evaluation, product application at the Institute; preparing study materials (applying adhesive patch samples to participants’ backs, labeling patches, preparing patches with cut-out samples); * Organize the laboratory (washing glassware, restocking supplies, etc.), printing/scanning documents, and assembling files; * Perform data tabulation processes; * Studies include clinical sign assessments on the back region to ensure the safety of tested products. Most participants are female and must expose their backs. **Requirements and Qualifications** To work as a Junior Technical Assistant at ALS, we expect you to meet the following basic requirements: * Currently pursuing or having completed a technical or undergraduate degree in Clinical Analysis, Pharmacy, Esthetics and Cosmetology, Nursing, Biology, Biomedicine, or other health-related fields; * Strong oral communication skills; * Resilience when interacting with volunteers; * Proactivity; * A dynamic profile and agility; * Organizational skills.
