The professional will be responsible for pedagogical management, teacher team development, and ensuring teaching quality, guaranteeing a high-level learning experience for students and parents. Main Responsibilities * Lead, monitor, and develop the teaching team; * Conduct training sessions, feedback meetings, evaluations, and pedagogical meetings; * Ensure consistent implementation of the school’s teaching methodology; * Monitor pedagogical indicators and propose continuous improvements; * Provide pedagogical support to students and parents; * Organize routines, internal processes, academic calendars, and academic demands; * Participate in internal events, institutional initiatives, and strategic meetings. Requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written); * Prior experience in pedagogical coordination, preferably in language schools; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile; * Human-centered leadership ability, balancing firmness and empathy; * Completed undergraduate degree in Education, Languages, Pedagogy, or related fields.
