Apply to this position! \#LI\-AL1 \#LI\-AG1 \#LI\-GL1 \#LI\-onsite \#LI\-DI **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and develop an AGRO portfolio, delivering appropriate financial solutions aligned with client needs, marketing products and services, and ensuring achievement of strategic planning objectives; * Prospect new AGRO clients by conducting portfolio potential assessments, understanding members’ business activities, evaluating debt levels, performing external visits, and aiming to expand membership, achieve strategic planning goals, and ensure branch financial security. * Contribute to the functional training of Business Assistants, providing technical support in system usage and necessary portfolio-support activities to ensure member satisfaction and fulfillment of portfolio planning objectives. Support promotion of Relationship Programs and encourage member participation. \#LI\-AL1 \#LI\-AG1 \#LI\-GL1 \#LI\-onsite \#LI\-DI **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Agronomy, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in branch commercial operations or similar market AGRO experience; * Commercial experience focused on Agribusiness; * Knowledge of financial products and services, cooperative legislation, sales techniques, negotiation, and broad business acumen; * Willingness to perform external work: member prospecting, relationship visits, and travel for cooperative-provided training programs; * Valid ANBIMA certification (CPA 20 and/or CEA)**;** * Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, Campo Alegre/GO **\- Mandatory;** * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) **\- Mandatory;** * Work modality: In-person.
