




Job Summary: Strategically drive governance, structuring, and evolution of the T&D function, ensuring operational standardization, service excellence, and measurable impact on business metrics. Strategically drive governance, structuring, and evolution of the Training & Development function across WAM Group’s Hotels and Parks, ensuring **operational standardization, service excellence, leadership development, and direct impact on business metrics**, particularly guest and visitor experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as an **internal consultant to the Executive Board and operational leaders**, translating business challenges into development strategies. * Contribute to strategic decisions related to people, operations, expansion, and Group-wide standardization. * Sustain and strengthen WAM culture across all units. * Structure and maintain **corporate T&D governance** for Hotels & Parks. * Define corporate training guidelines, methodologies, standards, policies, and KPIs. * Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to WAM standards across all units. * Act as custodian of service standards, hospitality, safety, and customer experience. * Lead annual and multi-year T&D planning aligned with WAM Group’s strategy. * Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, operational risk, and customer experience. * Design development pathways by audience (operations, leadership, and strategic functions). * Integrate T&D into performance management, succession planning, engagement, and retention processes. * Lead the design and implementation of corporate programs, including: * WAM Leadership Academy * WAM Service and Hospitality Standards * Corporate Onboarding for Hotels & Parks * Operational Leadership and Multiplier Training * Serve as **curator of content, methodologies, and vendors**, ensuring focus on applied learning. * Support the development of mid- and senior-level leadership. * Engage in training programs, structured feedback, competency development, and succession planning. * Prepare leaders to manage high-volume, high-turnover, and highly seasonal teams. * Contribute to retention of the Group’s critical talent. * Define and monitor strategic T&D KPIs. * Evaluate training impact on metrics such as NPS, customer satisfaction, productivity, turnover, and operational incidents. * Develop and present executive reports to the Executive Board and strategic forums. * Ensure data-driven decision-making. * Participate in new Hotel and Park opening projects. * Structure operational start-up training and cultural onboarding. * Ensure rapid standardization and integration of new teams. * NPS / Guest and Visitor Satisfaction * Reduction of Operational Turnover * Adherence to WAM Standards * Effectiveness of Leadership Programs * Percentage of Leaders Developed Internally **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Development, Corporate Education, People Management, or related fields is desirable; * Solid experience in corporate Training & Development; * Experience in hospitality, tourism, parks, or large-scale operations is a plus; * Experience operating in highly complex operational environments; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; **You Can Do It!
