We seek a professional who is agile, organized, and committed to quality standards and excellence in preparation. Responsibilities: * Full preparation of sushi, sashimi, hot rolls, combination plates, and other Japanese cuisine items * Organization and inventory control of ingredients * Performing pre-preparation tasks (fish cutting, portioning, rice preparation, sauce making, etc.) * Ensuring quality standards, hygiene, and presentation of dishes * Supporting and collaborating with the kitchen team during operations Requirements: * Proven experience in this role * Proficiency in fish cutting, handling, and preservation * Knowledge of pre-preparation and production organization * Ability to work effectively in a team * Agility, responsibility, and commitment * Flexible availability for working hours Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * 6 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
