




Job Summary: The professional will produce sweets, cakes, and pies; mold, decorate, roll, and cut them; monitor orders; and control raw materials. Key Highlights: 1. Control of confectionery raw materials Production of sweets, cakes, and pies using manual or mechanical processes to prepare the final product; molding, decorating, rolling, and cutting in strict accordance with required techniques to achieve the desired shape. Also monitors production orders and maintains control over materials and raw materials used in confectionery. Must be proficient in making puff pastry, croissants, catarinas, etc. Work Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Remuneration: BRL 3,000 + ADN of 37% BENEFITS: Meal provided on-site Food basket Transportation allowance Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off per week, plus 1 Sunday off per month.
